- Consulting manufacturer in the field of homologation of cars, trucks, motorcycles and trailers
- Analysis of documents manufacturer already has which confirm compliance of the vehicle. Drawing up a list of requirements, compliance with which must be confirmed. Assessment of the complexity and cost of works
- Negotiations with test laboratories with the aim of motivated minimization of required tests
- Reducing future homologation costs considering model range and dates of new modifications’ market launch
- Automaker’s attorney:
- in certification bodies and testing laboratories
- during production plant audit (CoP audit - conformity of production)
- Establishing legal relationships between manufacturer and test laboratory, certification body. Signing contracts (including preparation and approval of the contract, delivery of accounting documents)
- Assistance in establishing manufacturer’s representative office on the territory of Russian Federation (legal person authorized to receive complaints from consumers - mandatory requirement for market access)
- Logistic services for temporary import of a vehicles to Russia for tests or PR
- Preparation applications and submitting on behalf of manufacturer's representative to certification bodies and test laboratories
- Compilation of the general technical descriptions of the vehicle in accordance with requirements of the Regulation (with cooperation with research and development departments of the manufacturer in the part of providing sketches and neccessary technical data)
- Compilation of the technical descriptions in accordance with requirements of UN ECE regulations or Global Technical Regulations, unique russian requirements (in accordance with requirements of test laboratories)
- Compilation of list of components to be labeled (tires, belts, lighting, glass, mirrors)
